Bombay BazarThis organic cafe hideaway opened in the B1 basement floor of our Okura shop in 1993. The Bombay Bazar menus use carefully selected, delicious and safe ingredients such as organic vegetables and additive-free seasonings so that customers can enjoy the food with peace of mind. In 2016, the cafe acquired “Leafearth Organic Restaurant Certification.”
We believe that it is important to eat foods free from additives every day. That is why we use organically cultivated domestic wheat and natural yeast as the raw ingredients in our dough that carefully ferments over time to bake and sell old-fashioned rustic breads and sweets that are full of flavor in every bite. Each shop has its own space for customers preferring to eat their purchase in the shop.
